Good Morning everyone.
Just woke up and ready for a new day. Not looking forward going into work today but have to pay the bills. Things are going to start cooling down here in Arizona witch is definitely due. I did get pulled over by a police officer cause i was going 10-mph over the speed limit, also I have a clear license plate cover "Didn't know it was illegal" <---but it is even though i bought it at wal-mart. After everything checking for license and registration, I got away with a warning woo-hoo!!! Boy did that feel good. Write about some good things in your life that have happen to you, or a good deed you have done for someone else, Alex

Oh yeah, I have 2 positive stories for ya:
- Just finished my 2nd day without smoking.
- Today discovered that I can do a Muay Thai Flying Knee higher than my own height. That means if I've up against a dude whose 6 in. taller than me, I could easily put my knee into his jaw. And this is at nearly the heaviest I've ever been. Calf raises = worth it.
